Why is my user name not accepted?

USer name are used as your membership , and must be unique. If the name you select is already in use, it will not be accepted. Try a variation on the name, such as adding a letter, number or additional word.

I have signed up but I have not activaton email message?

On the Member login page there is a resend activation option. This takes you to a screen where you enter your username and email  and a another activation email is sent to your registered email address.

Membership Management

My e-mail address has changed. How do I update my membership?

Login in and select Account Details, and click the Change button next to your e-mail address. Once you have entered the new e-mail address click the Update button to save your changes. If you are unable to sign in, or unable to receive your password, please contact us using the the contact us tab.
